Re: broken windows, you should read some of the criticisms of the original theory on Wikipedia: &lt;http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fixing_Broken_Windows&gt;

I stand behind the rest of what I said in that interview, though.  And I still believe that Sam's specific implementation of striking through flamebait solves a real problem in an interesting way.</description>
